Kristin S. Rinne
Kristin (Kris) S. Rinne was elected to our Board of Directors in July 2018 and has nearly four decades of industry experience, much of which was spent as a senior executive at AT&T’s family of companies.
She most recently served as Senior Vice President at AT&T from 2007 to 2014. In this role, she was responsible for leading the team with planning the technology evolution of AT&T’s wireless network as well as its global IP backbone. Prior to that she was CTO of Cingular Wireless from 2005 to 2007. Preceding that was her role as VP Technology and New Product Development of Cingular Wireless from 2000 to 2005.
Kris is a “Women in Technology” Hall-of-Famer as well as a member of the “Wireless Hall of Fame.” She joined the Ericsson Board of Directors in 2016 and serves as the Chair of the Technology and Science Committee. She also sits on the Board of Trustees at Washburn University Foundation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washburn University, USA.
