  • Jeff Miller
    Jeff Miller

    President & Chief Executive Officer

    Jeff Miller was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies in March 2020. Since that time, Jeff has focused on driving Synchronoss’ growth and profitability, through expansion of the Company’s Cloud business. Prior to this Jeff served as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for all processes and strategies related to building profitable sales channels and accelerating revenue growth.

    Before Synchronoss, Jeff served as President for IDEAL Industries Technology Group, focusing on designing and delivering solutions for smart commercial buildings and spaces. IDEAL Industries is a century-old, professionally managed and family-owned business, based in the greater Chicagoland area.

    Jeff also enjoyed a 16-year career with Motorola, where he served in a number of senior leadership roles including Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Operations in North America for Motorola Mobility, LLC., Vice President of Sales for Motorola’s business with AT&T, T-Mobile, and 23-global wireless customers across North America, Latin America, EMEA and the Asia Pacific. Prior to Motorola, Jeff spent five years with Somera Communications, as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and he worked for AT&T for eleven years, holding various leadership positions in Sales Management, Marketing and Product Management.

    Jeff serves on the Board of 1871, Chicago’s largest start-up incubator, and on the non-profit Boards of Aspire Chicago and Junior Achievement. Jeff graduated with a B.S. degree from Miami University and later earned his M.B.A. from The Ohio State University.

    He and his wife Susan have four children and reside in Chicago’s Lake View neighborhood.

    Patrick Doran

    Chief Technology Officer

    Pat Doran has been with Synchronoss since 2002 and serves as our Chief Technology Officer.

    Mr. Doran is an accomplished development, hosting and managed services executive with deep experience in the telecommunications industry building products at scale for over 20 years. He possesses extensive architecture, software development, hosting and international management experience in large scale telecommunications and internet/intranet products. His responsibilities include leading our architecture, development, testing, hosting, IT and services organizations that successfully leverage talent around the globe.

    Prior to his current position, Mr. Doran served in various roles at Synchronoss, including VP of Development, Chief Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Before joining Synchronoss, Mr. Doran was a Senior Development Engineer at Agility Communications from 2000 to 2002 and a Member of Technical staff at AT&T/Lucent from 1996 to 2000.

    Mr. Doran received a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

  • Chris Hill
    Chris Hill

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Chris Hill has been with Synchronoss since January of 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President with responsibility for all global commercial activity and strategy. He also serves as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer directing strategic product vision and portfolio investments.

    Chris is an accomplished leader with over 25 years working in sales, marketing, product management and business development with leading global software and technology companies. He previously served as the President of an applied enterprise Virtual and Augmented Reality software and solutions company. Prior to that, Chris completed a 17-year career with AT&T where he served as the Senior Vice President of Advanced Solutions.

    Chris received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and in 2009 he completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He also serves on the board of Decooda, an AI company delivering a Customer Feedback Management (CFM) cloud solution. Chris and his wife have 5 children and reside in Princeton, NJ.

  • Christina Gabrys
    Christina Gabrys

    Chief Legal Officer

    Christina serves as Chief Legal Officer of Synchronoss. She has been with Synchronoss since 2016, serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel prior to assuming the role of total oversight of all corporate legal affairs for the company.

    Christina has significant experience in corporate governance, compliance, technology licensing and M&A. Prior to joining Synchronoss, she was with Openwave Messaging where she provided counsel on a broad spectrum of legal matters, including restructuring the commercial contracting process and documents, M&A and intellectual property. Christina also spent 6 years as a commercial litigation attorney at Blackmar, Principe and Schmelter, APC.

    She is a graduate of Cornell College with a B.A. in History, Philosophy and Communications. She achieved her J.D. at the University of Illinois, College of Law and received a LLM with Merit in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham.

    Lou Ferraro

    Chief Financial Officer

    Lou Ferraro joined Synchronoss in 2018 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Previously Lou served as the company’s EVP of Financial Operations and CHRO.

    Prior to joining Synchronoss, Lou worked as a business consultant for the Populus Group supporting Comcast Corporation. From 2014 to 2016, Lou was the COO/CFO of Inc. where he led the finance and operations team during a period of intense growth. From 2010 to 2014, Lou served as CFO of AWI/iMobile as well as CEO for the business unit. From 2008 to 2010, Lou served as CFO of

    From 2004 to 2008, Lou was an SVP for IDT where he founded TuYo Mobile, a wireless MVNO. From 1991 to 2004, Lou worked for AT&T Mobility. Prior to AT&T Mobility, Lou held various finance and operations positions at Verizon Wireless.

    Lou graduated with a B.S. degree from Montclair State University and earned his CPA in NJ.

    Mina Lackner

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    Mina Lackner serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Synchronoss.

    Mina joined the Synchronoss team in 2016 as Senior Director, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll. She was promoted to Vice President, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll in 2018, and SVP, Global HR in 2021, prior to assuming the role of the Acting Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022.

    Mina is an innovative leader, who has spent most of her career as a Human Resources professional. She has extensive experience leading global teams and developing, managing, and implementing global HR policies and strategies that drive business forward and support the overall health, wellbeing, and engagement of employee teams.

    Prior to joining Synchronoss, Mina was with Vonage, where she was responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company’s HR organization. Mina studied Computer Information Systems at DeVry University. She is active in the community, currently serving as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society and the RAINE foundation.
