BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – Feb. 12, 2020 – Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR), is regretfully canceling its plans to participate in this month’s Mobile World Congress Barcelona event, due to the increasing concerns surrounding the global, rapid spread of the coronavirus. 

“We’re sad to announce that we’re withdrawing from visiting, exhibiting and speaking at Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2020. MWC Barcelona is a critical event in our annual calendar as it provides us with an ideal opportunity to meet with our global customers and partners as well as to gain insights into the market and the industry. GSMA consistently produces world-class programming and shows, and I have no doubt they are doing everything they can to ensure the safety of all attendees, but I cannot put my employees’ health at risk. Withdrawing was an incredibly difficult decision to make, but I, along with my entire Senior Leadership team and board, believe it is the right path to take.
