Telecom Veteran Brings Two Decades Experience To Synchronoss

BETHLEHEM, Pa.-- Synchronoss Technologies, a front running business service provider of hosted operations support systems (OSS) environments for communications service providers, today announced the appointment of Chip Wright, formerly of MCI WorldCom, as vice president of operations. Wright will evaluate and implement business and technology strategies that enhance company performance in the fast growing OSS marketplace. The company also announced the appointment of Pamela Abraham as director of human resources.

Wright brings more than 20 years of telecom management and development experience to Synchronoss, including senior management positions at MCI WorldCom and Sprint. While at MCI WorldCom, he served as director of program management and was responsible for the pre- and post-sale support for WorldCom Global Solutions outsourced client networks.

Before joining MCI WorldCom, Wright served as managing director at RMC Research, Inc., where he pioneered one of the first global service deployment platforms enabling customer support systems for international shipping companies. Earlier in his career, Wright served as president of ARSI (Audio Response Systems, Inc.), where he restructured the company and boosted overall performance. He also held various positions at Sprint and AT&T, and was a consultant in the telecom and utility industries.

Synchronoss also announced today the appointment of Pamela Abraham as director of human resources. Abraham has more than twelve years of experience in training and development, employee relations and recruitment. At Synchronoss, Abraham is responsible for managing employee growth during the company's expansion phase.
