    Ronald W. Hovsepian is currently Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies. Previously, Mr. Hovsepian served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Intralinks since December 2011. Mr. Hovsepian served as president and chief executive officer of Novell, Inc., from 2006 until Novell’s acquisition by the Attachmate Group in April 2011. He joined Novell in 2003 as president, North America, and next served as executive vice president and president, worldwide field operations, and as president and chief operating officer from 2005 until his appointment as chief executive officer in 2006. Prior to his time at Novell, Mr. Hovsepian held management and executive positions at IBM Corporation over a 17-year period, including worldwide general manager of IBM’s distribution industries, manager of global hardware and software development, sales, marketing and services. Mr. Hovsepian has served as a member of the board of directors of ANSYS, Inc., an engineering simulation software company since 2012 and, since November 2014, he has also held the position of non-executive chairman. From 1998 to 2015, Mr. Hovsepian served as a member of the board of directors of ANN Inc., a women’s fashion retailer. He also held the position of non-executive chairman of ANN’s board of directors from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Hovsepian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.

    Stephen Waldis is currently Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ: SNCR). With over 20 years’ experience, Mr. Waldis has served in startup and senior executive management positions in both high technology and telecommunication companies. Mr. Waldis started his career at AT&T in various technical, product management and sales and marketing positions before moving to executive-level roles at technology start-ups.

    Founded in 2000, Synchronoss has grown from a young New Jersey start-up into one of the most successful technology IPOs of 2007.     Joel Silverman

      Executive Vice President & General Manager, The Americas

      Joel Silverman has been with Synchronoss since March, 2011 and currently serves as EVP, General Manager, The Americas. Over his career, Joel has worked closely with the world’s largest wireless carriers, consumer electronics companies, and retailers to launch new products and bring new technologies to market. He leads the company’s Americas practice managing all of the company’s engagements in the western hemisphere.

      Prior to Synchronoss, Joel spent six years as SVP, Sales & Distribution for Sprint/Virgin Mobile USA, leading the company’s subscriber acquisition, sales and retail strategy. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, and Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA. He lives in New Jersey NJ with his wife and three children.

        Senior Vice President Product Sales & Business Development

        Chris Putnam has been with Synchronoss since January 2004 and currently serves as SVP, Product Sales and Business Development. Chris has over 22 years of sales, business development and executive sales management experience, including 20 years exclusively supporting the telecommunications service provider and manufacturing industries. He leads the company’s product sales teams in the areas of Personal Cloud, Workspace, Integrated Life and Indirect Activation, and develops and manages solution and partner channels.

        Prior to Synchronoss, Chris spent five years as Director of Sales for Perot Systems telecommunications and strategic markets vertical business units. In 1999 he was recognized with IBM’s prestigious Global Golden Circle award recognizing the top 1% worldwide revenue producers for his work in the telecommunications industry solutions unit. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University, and is also a City Councilman in Colleyville, Texas where he lives with his wife and three sons.

        Patrick Doran

          Pat Doran has been with Synchronoss since 2002 and serves as our Chief Technology Officer.

          Mr. Doran is an accomplished development, hosting and managed services executive with deep experience in the telecommunications industry building products at scale for over 20 years. He possesses extensive architecture, software development, hosting and international management experience in large scale telecommunications and internet/intranet products. His responsibilities include leading our architecture, development, testing, hosting, IT and services organizations that successfully leverage talent around the globe.

          Prior to his current position, Mr. Doran served in various roles at Synchronoss, including VP of Development, Chief Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Before joining Synchronoss, Mr. Doran was a Senior Development Engineer at Agility Communications from 2000 to 2002 and a Member of Technical staff at AT&T/Lucent from 1996 to 2000.

          Mr. Doran received a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

          Mark Mendes

            Mark Mendes is the Executive Vice President and President of Broadband Solutions at Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. He joined Synchronoss in September 2008 in connection with Synchronoss' acquisition of a complementary software company, Wisor Telecom Corp. where Mr. Mendes was the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Wisor, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of NET2000 Communications, Inc. from October 1997 to November 2001. Mr. Mendes has more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications operations and software including positions at Rochester Tel/Frontier and a variety of start-up and emerging growth companies.

            Mr. Mendes received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research and Master's Degrees in Business Administration, Finance and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University.
