announced it has appointed Joseph Crivelli as Vice President, Investor
Relations (IR). Crivelli will bring 22 years of industry experience to
the role, as Synchronoss underlines its commitment to delivering
shareholder value to new and existing investors.

Institutional Investor Magazine’s All-America Executive Team for
investor relations in the midcap banking sector for 2016, 2017, and 2018.
