No. Synchronoss does not sell shares directly to the public nor offer a DRIP.

Does the company pay a cash dividend?
We have not declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock. We currently have no plans to do so in the future.  Any such determination to pay dividends will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend on the amount of any outstanding indebtedness, our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements and other factors that our board of directors may deem relevant.
