Synchronoss and TMNG Partner to Improve Telecom Service Delivery

BETHLEHEM, Pa., July 16, 2001 -- Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., the premier business service provider of hosted operations support systems (OSS) environments for major telecom carriers, announced that it has partnered with The Management Network Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMNG) to offer strategic planning and consulting services to customers who are implementing Synchronoss ActivationNow managed OSS platform. As their first joint project, the two companies will undertake an OSS implementation for Powerline Technologies, a new Synchronoss customer. Synchronoss also today announced Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MWD) as one of the company's first round investors.

The partnership announced today expands Synchronoss core capabilities to include the strategic and operational planning required for successful OSS implementations, product rollouts, and profitable market development.
